i love this song so much ,its a cautionary tale to other young musicians and im sure older musicians can relate to it who have had success or not i know i do .. the melody of this song has drove me bonkers,its took me weeks to get it out my head and ive gone and played this! ....jons lyrics are profound (not sure if he only writes them,if not i apologise to other writer) his voice and melodies are very rhythmical and i think thats why just a guitar works well as i think it was written on a guitar unlike a lot of the other songs that sound like the bass line/groove was the starting point ,perhaps? again apologies if im wrong ... its a shame that jon is having to play these gigs and not because its beneath him but because i think radio stations should be playing Rev n Makers songs more ,they deserve more radio play, they are one of the most musically original bands of the last few years....theyre albums are amazing and all include hit singles they deserve more success ...in my opinion....and if you disagree...........well your wrong old love ! x
