In this video, we look at amino acids. We start by looking at the general structure of amino acids and then look at two specific examples. We then explore how amino acids can be joined by forming a peptide bond in a condensation reaction and how the peptide bond can be broken by hydrolysis. Finally, we explore the difference between a polypeptide and a protein.
