In this video, we look at how carbon dioxide is transported in the blood. First we explore how carbon dioxide can be carried in the blood plasma and bound to haemoglobin in red blood cells. We then look at how carbon dioxide can be transported in the plasma in the form of the hydrogencarbonate ion and what is meant by the chloride shift.

@@graceidk65 I highly recommend getting the revision workbooks, they go through everything and are a great tool alongside the videos! When I did my GCSE science i finished the entire course over the Easter holidays and got two grade 7s and one grade 8, it is definitely worth it, good luck!

@@graceidk65 past papers, lots and lots of past papers also make flashcards (on anki is what i did) that have small questions on them, and answers on the back making ur own flashcards can be more effective than online ones Lastly, delete every distracting app (or block them) until after your tests. if it means blanking ur friends, blank them
