By the way, if anyone wants to know, expert tuition literally predicted the following: The specialisation 25 marker, the trade union 25, foreign currency reserves, Ghana cocoa text (DO YA'LL KNOW HOW CRAZY IT IS TO PREDICT A TEXT) , negative externality in production (which was so amazing because I wouldn't have thought to re-revise it after it came up in paper 1), as well as contestable markets. You sir are insane! Much respect! Thank you for all your help this exam period, may god bless you bro, you are elite!

Hi how would we link a micro point with economic devolopment question?

Most, if not all, the policies can be done through a micro lens. For example, investing into education and training = more skilled workers = higher productivity = firms variable costs fall = MC and AC fall etc If it’s limitations then you can do PPD. Firms rely on selling primary products = vulnerable to external shocks = when price collapses since PED inelastic they’ll make less revenue, when price rises due to increased demand they cannot significantly scale up production since PES inelastic = low investment = capital depreciating = variable costs rising = MC and AC rising = you are smashing life
