I got c's in both of my modules and I'm tempted to resit one of them? Did you perform that miracle without resitting anything? I'm just going to work my butt off haha !!!!

for the modular A Level, the ums won't add up for an A* from a C grade, even if you got FULL MARKS in A2. My A.s papers were remarked to B/C. I retook the C, got full marks and got full marks in a2 paper 1, and a low A* in paper 4. For me personally, I preferred the written style in A2 Psychology (based on aqa). However if you are doing the linear paper, then of course you dont have to resit and still get an A*, because it doesn't even count haha. Hope this helps?? lol I'm new to this.....

Ahh thankyou !! I'm from Wales so our as's (???? haha) still apply to half of the overall grade just like yours did... I think my C was realistically marked so I'm deffo going to resit.... everyone says a2 is apparently a lot easier ??... I'm not going to be ignorant about it all though haha, I just hope it's true because now it's crunch time !! Thanks again !

Impressive results; congratulations! Following a series of existential changes I recently decided to study medicine as a mature 36 year old student (after getting my phd in 2010 and working as a scientist since). I spent 3 months studying my ass off for my A levels (chem, bio and phys) while having a full time job as a researcher, and took all of the exams in October. I am determined to get 4 A*s (including maths) because I am keeping the possibility open for me to apply to Cambridge. I know how much hard work goes into getting top grades, so this is definitely something that you should be immensely proud of.

Not going to lie I relate to you so much. I have been through the hoops of just being able to higher tier exams, which I really didn't understand why it was such an ask.Coming out at GCSE with 3 C's 6's B's and an A. I know it's average but I was proud since they told me as I went into many of my exams, that I wouldn't even get a C. I just wanna know how you stay motivated during the WHOLE year of A levels. And you mentioned about "not smoking anymore" on another video, do you think it helped during A levels though. Seriously I really respect you. And you have had it hard, this isn't a desperate cry for attention but you are really inspiring, proving that teachers DO undermine the lowly predicted achievers. Could you just contact me on my email for answering my questions. You videos are seriously inspiring, teachers nowhere days are just focused on the high achievers. Keep it up, don't drop it!

this just got me so motivated for my A2. though i still have 2 paper 1 exams left (eco and acc) for AS. i am kind of struggling with acc. because the highest i could score waa 22/30 and i need a 25+ for the A. All my AS exams went quite well I think,but I am a but skeptical about maths. I had a really good prep for p1 but i ended up making some small mkstakes and my s1 exam was well,belkw average i think. there is a 50-50 chance that i may be getting an A. can i turn it around in A2 and get all A*s? I have 4 subjects-maths,accounting,economics and business studies.
