Hi Robert Another highly educational compilation video tracking the journey of the peanut crop from planting to harvesting. It has been a long and arduous process but the yield was phenomenally rewarding - a mega healthy-looking crop of organic peanuts. This is one legume that has multiple names - peanut, groundnut and monkey nut. I can understand the first two names but can't fathom out the third. I wonder if anyone can solve this mystery? The method you used to cook the peanuts, by boiling rather than roasting, is unusual (to me anyway). I love the result though - the cooked peanuts looked plumper, more tender and I am sure super delicious. It was very imaginative of you to make a bespoke tool to separate the peanuts from their stalks. It was quite an invention and highly efficient and effective in doing the job! Last but not least, I was very jealous of Mic, being served such a nutritious and yummy meal of home grown organic tomato soup, together with mouth watering omelette from organic/free range eggs from your own hens. Excellent video! Thank you.

You can also sautei the dried peanut on hot pan until crispy then add some sugar while still on the fire to make sweetened peanut.

You got good peanut harvest, its delicious be boiled or you can dry the peanuts and ground it and can be dissolve in hot glass of water then mix 3-4 table spoon of dried ground peanut, its delicious like chocolate. Or ground peanut add some cooking oil and sugar to make it peanut butter.

А у нас арахис в красной оболочке. Мы его сначала шелушим, потом обжариваем без масла, потом от красной шкурки шелушим, а потом немного солим. Потом едим как орешки. Можно из него сделать арахисовое масло - просто перемолоть его на кофемолке 2 минуты - и будет арахисовое масло.
