Rooted in the concept of “terroir”, In Situ & Partners seeks a delicate balance between the natural ambience of countryside and exquisite details of a high-end restaurant, Clarence, in Central Hong Kong.
The reminiscence of a sharing culture in the countryside is represented by the rounded tables in the Main Dining Room, while the sommelier room’s cellar design speaks the theme of wine itself. Eating by the Raw & Wine Bar is for sure a new urban experience, further combining seafood with fine wine in the dining experience. Of course, you can also go out to the lounge, bringing the city view in without any obstacle in front of you.
