Love this story! I was 350 or more pounds on Sep 4, 2007 and I’m now 185 pounds. I’m a runner, too. And I just love to run and be outdoors living life. I hope to come see Doctor Johnson soon. I know he doesn’t like running as a activity, I just absolutely love running and being out there.

Congratulations on the weight loss! I love going to the chiropractor. I'll be glad when I can get back in. I was very scared to try it, even though I have many friends who love it, because a physical therapist I was once seeing popped my neck, and it was very painful, and caused me additional problems. I could not relax back then, so it may have been me as well. It sometimes hurt, but my back does feel better when I get adjusted. I have ribs that love to come out of place if I even think about lifting something heavy.

I wish I could travel from Las Vegas but as a single working mom I can't justify spending that kind of money on myself. I've lived with chronic back and hip pain and constant sciatica in my left side for over 5 years. L5S1 ruptures and I've found no treatment options that work. It greatly affects my life. Terrible insomnia and broken sleep, always tired and tense and anxious, no energy or ability to spend time with my kids being active or outside, it's taken so much joy out of my life. I live in Las Vegas Vegas have not found a chiropractor who will even touch my lower back or hips or any type of decompression. Do you know of any Dr. here you would refer a patient to?

Here’s my question... how does his method work on ppl with different specific issues? He literally does the same 6-7 steps on each vid despite each client having opposite complaints about pain in the neck , back or anywhere else. Not saying his method doesn’t work , just wondering.

These guys make the loudest cracking noises. They aren't "adjusting" anything. They're releasing gas from joints, which makes a cracking sound. Any benefit the patient thinks he or she feels is just psychosomatic. It's a placebo effect.
@armandodeleon50474 жыл бұрын
Jimmy R. Minnelli id say 20% of the video is cracking or popping and thats a stretch lol the rest is actual alignment. Releasing gas falls in line with releasing pressure/tightness. Pressure and tightness in joints & muscles are the root cause of MOST these people problems. ‘Placebo’ does play a part not finna lie but educate yourself a little more its more neuroplasticity playing its role than placebo. Doubt you can relate but when you workout your posterior chain muscles your body (often times the body knows better than the brain) wants to do crazy ass shit to release the tightness it builds up in the whole spine. Him and others studied for years why the body wants to do what it does and then studied how to properly do it according to the well being of the spinal cord. In short...u one dum mf dawg😂

@@armandodeleon5047 I'm not disparaging this man but chiropractic isn't studying for years some kind of science. It's a bunch of ideas that developed over the years with no clinical trials or any kind of medical evidence that it really accomplishes anything. It's all personal testimony, word of mouth, and other kinds of unverified anecdotal evidence. There's really no way some person shoving your vertebrae around is going to solve any problem that lasts behind ten minutes. As an analogy, if you stretch your legs after sitting for a while, it feels good and you get a sense of relief, but it's not solving any medical problem beyond the moment.
@jimmy.r.minnelli4 жыл бұрын
@@armandodeleon5047 Some people like to go in for a back rub massage, as another analogy, and if they enjoy that, fine, but there is potential danger to health when people become convinced that it solves some medical problem. It's a feel good moment, and that's it. I might crack my scapular joints after sitting for a while too. It's a sense of lease, sort of like an orgasm or a sneeze, but that's all it is.

I wonder what the rates are for the hiatal hernia are. I really wanna get it done. But like I have some money saved up, but this thing has ruined my life. I used to be an outgoing, confident, non anxious and if anything aggressively approachable guy, and an example employee at my job, but this thing has been causing me some weird anxiety issues, shortness of breath and heart palpitations which makes the anxiety worse. I’ve turned into someone else. I keep telling my doctor and she keeps telling me it’s just anxiety from me quitting smoking but it’s been about 2 months since that. There’s no way. My doctor and parents think I’m just becoming a hypochondriac and that I have health anxiety but everything I feel just points exactly to a hiatal hernia.
