Yeah, I think the software I'm using to remove dead space might have gotten a little carried away with itself there.

If I used software to remove dead space from any recordings of my talks, I would have nothing left. Basically all my talks are lightning talks just stretched out really long

Honestly your audio would be much better (ie easier to listen to) if you just disable the extra processing that seems to mute/unmute it on a noise-level threshold - your videos are in every other respect excellent!
