I accessed my records by mistake at the time I didn’t know that was what I was doing. It was a tall long room filled with books. I remember speaking with myself and the feeling that I felt while there was so loving and welcoming. I did it want the feeling to end. It was so awesome. I did some research and found that you can access by listening to some binaural beats and that night I fell asleep meditating and a binaural beats came on and apparently that was how I accessed it.

That’s funny that’s what I was gonna say. This could be me, with everything that was said, which sorry, makes me a bit sceptic. (Not of the Akashic Records, of the reading 🤔 ). I was hoping a reading would be much more specific and less vague. I’m still interested and will keep looking into it.

And that's the interesting part about this reading that she did for me...for me it was super specific because of what I know I have been specifically working through, what I have been questioning myself, and little details that she mentioned. On the surface, it may have seemed vague, but underneath, they were concepts that Meena didn't know about me or my journey. 🤗

But Why didn't She allow you to open Your Own Akashic Records? It's A Practice that everyone should do on their own so YOU can experience it -- and actually SEE the experience or hear or have the Knowing of the experience -- Anyone can open the Akashic Records -- This is more like "Mediumship" - Which I am a Psychic Medium but I feel the Akashic Records are so Personal that you need to experience it on your own ---

Thank you for listening! Oh I totally agree that anyone can open their Akashic Records.. I believe she even talks about that in our main interview that she did on my podcast ,The Energy Fix, about a month prior. But sometimes, and this was true for me, when you first start out it can be challenging to connect in and to also trust the process or the information coming through… it’s so common for people to get discouraged and then never really tap into the full possibilities of their Akashic Records. Meena is trying to help people bridge the gap and get there quicker. This video was to try and help demystify what the Akashic Records are.

If you’re new to Channeling then opening up your own Akashic can be extremely risky! You never just wanna hop in with no prior training or experience especially since you need to work on your Clairs first! You need to heal from your own life trauma and childhood trauma before you go playing around with other timelines and that trauma versions of yourself. Highly recommend going to a professional first!

I cannot bear to live with this suffering in a new year. I can't bear to keep going on in 2024, as I am, with all this pain. I need breakthroughs and miracles or death. Nothing else will do. Grief and rage: rape and shatter me. I am destroyed. Broken. Traumatized. I miss him. I miss our connection. I miss our friendship. I miss the illusion we created together. I'm dying of pain, at the loss of it all. The way he discarded me and replaced me, has given me the most severe PTSD. No goodbye. No apology. Nothing. Just the silent treatment. Completely Ghosted. I can't breathe through the grief. I simply cannot. The grief and the rage consume every fiber of me. DROWNING IN 999-TRILLION OCEANS OF DESPAIR AND GRIEF AND RAGE. I've been discarded like garbage. I lost interest in Akash records after watching 27 minutes. Its not concrete, to the point. Its all foggy, abstract and dreamy. A lost mind or a dreamer would not get anything from this....Also Meena laughing lost all the seriousness it should have. Sorry.
