When my Mom was in her last days she couldn’t speak even though she recognized my voice and tried to say something. I just told her that I knew she could hear me and understood what I was saying so I just spoke gratitude for her being a great Mom and how I would never forget all the many special efforts she put in to give the 6 of us her best her entire life.

I tried yesterday but she couldn’t seem to hear but I put on Celine singing softly and she seemed to relax.

I said pretty much the same to Mom when she couldn’t respond, but hear. I asked her to squeeze or move her hand in mine if she could hear me…she did. So I talked and talked and I love her

I have heard from living traditions homestead that milk sprayed on your plants kills aphids. They had used this method on there tomato plants and it worked very well. We will pray for rain and your mother! Nancy from Nebraska

Beautiful smile as always, Kaye! Here is my opinion on the kitty: let her rest at home where she can relax and feel safe. When it is time she'll find you for a pet and a hug, then she will find a spot to fell asleep. No worries she and all your other pets will be waiting for you, when it’s your time. It was nice to find your video first thing this morning, Kaye! Love to you! Praying for you, your mom and your family❤ Gardening is tough sometimes, isn't it? I planted 3 Roselle Hibiscus this spring. Two died from the sunburn. The one that lived has thrived! It's big and bushy, and keeps growing, but I have yet to see a bloom on it. I'm now 6 weeks from frost, and wonder if I'll get any! You know, I have found that God routinely gives me more than I can handle, because if He did that, I wouldn't need Him, would I? Keep trusting Him, Kaye, as I know you do❤

we always leave the air on for the dogs when we are gone. we keep it on low and around 78°. We havent had any power outages here. Thank goodness. I think you can get something to notify you if your power goes out, so you know if you have to head home. if i were you i would make the house nice and cool before you leave then if the power goes out while you are gone it will stay somewhat cool until you get back. we dont leave any fans on in case they get knocked over. i know they make alarms for freezers in case the power goes out, they also make something for your car to notify you if the temp gets to high for your animals. she talks about it on "carolyns RV life". anyway, just some suggestions

My grandma came to Southern California close to 85 years ago. She had some beautiful very large geranium plants in her yard. She said she brought the first white geraniums to Southern California and all the white geraniums there came from cuttings from her plants.

We duct taped tree, bush, and plant limbs like that, and then tied them up like what you did. We have about 70% success rate with it. You never know which ones will work and which ones won't. So we always try it. And with the ones that have worked, it's been surprisingly cool!

Praying God blesses you with peace, hope and fills you with his strength. My mom passed 7 years ago, wow, I did not realize it's been that long. I've lost my brother and the last of my uncles last year. It's hard to realize so many in my life are gone. But I live with my gracious daughter and family and the 8 grandies still at home here. I had a tough time with roselle this year, IDK why. They started well, but too early and got aphids in garage, barely survived till time to plant out. Planted 10, 2 survived to bush out 2 feet tall and then something hit the kill switch. One day they were wilted, had to pull them out. I'll try again in late January. I have more than enough to take care of this winter. Good luck!

No, very different. Leaves are green on roselle and dark cranberry on cranberry hibiscus, thus the red tea made from it.
