I really love this video reflecting back on old times. It makes me realise how much we've all grown with Criminal Case. Its so upsetting that's it coming to an end soon but I I haven't regretted one moment. Ace, and all the mods, and everyone else has done such a brilliant job everytime. This clearly came into my life for a reason and all good things must come to an end eventually. I am looking forward to seeing what the last case has in store...

My favorite parts of Criminal Case are Taking down the Crimson Order Defeating Albert Tesla Taking down SOMBRA Stopping Lawson and the Justice Corps Defeated Ad Astra and the Neohumans Stopping Ammon and Nebet from altering the past Defeating the Demon Queen All the cases are cool and the characters are exciting I can’t wait for the final case.

Sorry, I was only able to join the stream for a few mins because of online classes, but anyway, this live stream was amazing! It's so good to see Kian, Floor, Bonnie, and your other guests on screen again! See you again next week for the last case ;)

Ace, today, we will finally witness the end of an era. Criminal Case is ending now, and it was an honour watching your streams of all the cases in the CC series. I wonder what will be next for PitchingAce88? Will we see you again soon? I really hope so. Until then, thanks, Ace, for everything.

That was a very good stream criminal case has been one of my childhood games since I played it it’s sad to see the series end at city of romance but criminal case will always be in my heart 😊

Top Seasons: 8th: City of Romance (Season 8): Gee, what a surprise. Only 17 cases, which resulted in a lack of character development for the whole team and the lack of any proper story to develop with no enemy factions in sight. The only good thing was the ending, but otherwise was a complete disappointment of a season. Also, WHY Paris as a way to end off the series? We Solved a single normal city's various problems, A diverse pacific city, Traveled the world and took down the most powerful criminal organization ever, Traveled to the Past to the players ancestor's adventures, Went back to the first city and save it AGAIN, traveled through time, and we investigated the supernatural and save the world from demons! Every season steps up from the last, with the minor exception of going back to Grimsbrough. But then it takes a huge nosedive when we go from Time Travel and the Super Natural, to one large famous city. Which was exactly what Grimsbrough and Pacific Bay are. Was it too difficult to think of a grand final season? 7th: Grimsbrough (Season 1): We do need to give it some slack, it was the first season, CC wasn't exactly was on its footing just yet as it was an experimental game. Each of the districts was its own arc with almost no relation between each other. The season lacked a central antagonist faction until the last 5 cases with the Crimson Order, and even then the motivations and goals of the Crimson order was the generic "Muahahhaha! we will murder all who stand in our way for the sake of gold and money! HAHAHAHA!" sort of deal. As for the main cast, they are likable enough, and they created a huge sense of nostalgia for fans when they reappear later in the series. The problem is that besides Samuel, we learn next to nothing about their personal histories or anything that comes from their past. David Jones is the same dude from beginning to end without ever telling the player if anything went down before they met. Which is an issue since he's the main protagonist besides the player. A lack of twists and character growth/development is what it is. 6th: Super Natural Investigations (Season 7): Oh SNI...How much potential you could have had if the season went more than 30 cases and the plot wasn't rushed. With the cases being cut to 30, we really don't have as much time to develop and mature all the main characters. Instead, the season chooses to have one main character as the focal point of the season, and have the other characters not get as much development. Season 6 had Nebet, and the main focus here is Hope. Which is a bad decision on PS's part as she was not a well developed character at all. We get a sudden reveal that she is the chosen one, the 5th key to unlock the Queen's cage, and she was meant to defeat her all along. She one-shots the queen and all is swell....THIS IS RUSHED WRITING! We don't even know how Rathimael created her with all her magic powers, or why she was so strong to begin with. As for the rest, they aren't developed enough. Ben Shephard is a long-time friend of Jake Arrow.....and that's all there is to him, no significant development for him. Felix Reed is the same thing. Besides being the lore expert and being attacked repeatedly, there isn't much to him. Being a cripple isn't an excuse to not develop him. The Demon Queen is the most underdeveloped Primary Antagonist of them all, all she was is a typical evil Overlord. What are her proper motives? What is her backstory? NONE OF THIS IS TOLD. The Chief, Jake Arrow is probably the worst of them all. He creates alot of unnecessary problems that really should led to him being kicked out by the group, or have his relationships with the others strained. When Hope steals a ring in case 23, Jake pulls a gun on her and tells her to give it back, resulting in her quitting the team. Later, He pledges loyalty to the Demon Queen just because he thinks his wife can return. Umm, dude are you retarded?? He does not care about the world in the slightest when he gave The Demon Queen Arthur Darkwood's blood, the material she needs to regain her power and rip and tear earth, after Zeke told him not to give it to her! And then he runs back to the team and they accept his apology! After he risked the entire planet over his dead wife! But at the beginning, he was completely fine, but case 20 onwards completely ruined his character by making him so idiotic. Season 7 has loose plot knots that need to be resolved, but it doesn't do it because of the rushed story. 5th: Travel in Time (Season 6): Like SNI, Travel in Time had great potential given the circumstances. But sadly this was where the series started to take a complete nosedive in quality, the 30 case limit was just a warning to what's to come. Like SNI, Travel in Time also had the issue where there was one main character as the focal point of the season. Causing the other main characters to not get as much development as the focal character. Season 6 has a better plot than Season 7,

Making a separate comment to prevent clogging up the first one. 4th: Despite it being in 4th place, there is a big gap between the quality of the previous 4 tiered seasons and the next 4.

We need remakes of seasons 6-8, There was a serious waste of potential of the 6th and 7th seasons. I mean, time travel and the Supernatural has ALOT of potential to be used for fun and unique stories in the criminal case universe, but due to their length being literally cut in half and with the rushed story...it didn't go as far as people wanted them to be. We didn't have enough time, pun unintended, to get familiar and love these characters, reducing the total cases by 25+ really makes a big difference. But this will require an extensive rewritting of the story that I don't think they would want to bother remaking it. The characters would have to be entirely replaced for the story to work. For example, season 6. While the plot of it was decent, you can't help but admit that it's basically a re-trend of World Edition with a rewind in time gimmick and the plot reduced to a measly 31 cases. There was SOOOOOO much potential that could've been done with this season if the total case count wasn't cut by half. Allowing the writers to be more creative with their story, but at this point I think they were starting to dry up on stories...which is a shame, since time travel and the supernatural brings alot more options to the table. The main villain faction rise to power was very rushed, apparently they "Took over trade routes and kept onto it for years without any interference by the native population and gain unforetold riches", which doesn't really make sense considering that Ammon Bast couldn't be everywhere to ensue the events always work out in their favor and that the dynasty could've fallen to rampant corruption and whatnot. You're telling me that the Team easily fixed the timeline by going back to ONLY the Age of Sail and Medieval Asia undo the actions that give egypt a huge advantage??? What about the War at Waterloo? What about any other event? I sure hope in the future there would be fan remakes of seasons 6-7, or Pretty Simple would come back to it. Anyway, if there's another release of criminal case, I want there to be a version where we don't have to wait several hours to get more energy, I want to play for long periods of time and enjoy the story at the same time. It would take awhile to do though, since criminal case was originally a facebook game that was meant to be played slowly, but due to the game being at the end of its life, They no longer have to continue with the old facebook rules.
