I love that Robert follows in his parents footsteps but doesn't feel the need to act exactly like his Dad. He is forging his own styles and ways that develops the same results and it's really great. The whole team does an amazing job.

Great video! It's really important to highlight the utmost importance of our apex predators to their respective ecosystems. It's something a lot of people don't really grasp. And I think, aside from arrogance, it's also ignorance that pushes humans to hurt these animals. Ignorance leads to fear and fear makes us such cruel beings. So what you guys do, using your massive platform in educating people about wildlife, is phenomenal. Good day to you all!

Apex predators are what set the balance. Only man's arrogance and greed, and ignorance cause all the problems. Nature knows its business. About time man learned that. Robert has an uphill climb educating the future so these animals have a chance. I know Robert is doing an awesome job. His passion, and his spirit is something we can all learn from. At 19 years of age, he has seen more of the world than many of us. A true ambassador of wildlife.

how do the tags work are they similar to shark tags? every time it come out into a clear spot it sends a signal to say "here i am"? and when tagging a juvenile croc does the tag grow with them or is it more of a metal tag that goes into the scales?

Finally!! For the first time, I see and hear Robert being himself!!! Being fair-dinkum! And getting into hands-on conservation work!! It has been a little cringing at times how he tried to be Steve and talking so presentably with an always clean uniform. Good on you Rob! Keep going! We need you in conservation!

It’s very similar with sharks. People act like we deserve the entire ocean and pretend they’re the villain; and many believe that sharks actively seek out humans to hunt, but they don’t-sharks have tiny brains and mistake humans for seals. It’s very sad.
