..having said that, the house is beautiful. I like that the dimensions of the rooms are generous. The finish and details are tasteful. I like the mouldings on the doors and the use of wide wood plank floorings. Those are tiny details that speaks well of the builder. There are crown mouldings too, and the accent walls look tasteful and classic. Looks like its in a great neighbourhood. If we ever change our mind abt our retirement and plan to buy a home there, this one is a good candidate.

I LOVE the house specially, the kitchen is awesome with all the kitchen appliances, very rare you can find a dishwasher installed in a newly built house. And ofcourse, the auxiliary kitchen is so divine, as I love to cook. Overall, a well built house. The garden is very easy to maintain. Is there an email I can contact you, I would like to get more details and information to purchase the house from abroad. Thanks.

P35M is $1M. Its the same price as a home here in Canada. Why would anyone spend that money in Sta Rosa when you can use that money to buy a similar home in North America? Retirees normally relocate to countries like the Phils to take advantage of the exchange rate, but they wd want to buy a cheaper home than their homes abroad and live off the amount of their pension without worrying abt running out of money. However, I do like how you present the home...you are very good at it! Keep it up.
