Gentlemen, a great video. I had the idea to do this myself a while back but couldn't find any advice on how to do it properly but it's good to know it can be done. The one time fee model has always made me uncomfortable, asking anyone, even a small or medium sized business to hand over 5K+ has never sat easy with me. Billing them as a business line item expense makes so much more sense and feels like it would be so much more palatable to them. Thanks for this.

Brilliant ideas here! My traditional web design biz model isn't working and I'm tired of feast and famine cycles. Question: is web hosting, email and domain registration included? If so, that wouldn't work after the subscription term ends. However, it would be easier to turn off a website if a client decides they don't want it. Thoughts?
