30 years ago I rebuilt on very similar, Full engine (F-head) rebuild new pistons, reground crank, new cam, rocker assembly and lifters, new valves, guides and stellite valve seats. Converted to 11" drum brakes.....so solid engine, trans etc

The 11 inch brakes a great up grade makes stopping a bit easier.
