It's nice everybody want to come toAmerica but they don't realize that the same friends and family who encourage and pay for them to get a Visa after two weeks are two months they gonna throw them out on their own to go fend for themselves even alot of children have done this to their parents too yes America is a beautiful country a land of opportunity but when you come here manner isn't going to fall from heaven in your lap anything you want you of to work for it herethey don't understand auntie that when the people that take them here when they turn their backs on them and they dont knoweven how to start get around from point A to point B that when they start thinking of whether to rough itout or stay even the kids after a while they gonna tell you go learn to drive and get your own care to take yoursef around everybody hustling to make two end meet nobody have time to pamper anybody here you have to be fully independent

My daughter had a visa and she is not well off working almost for nothing but she will never run off,i said to her i would have run off , she said she would not change it, family members will say stay and then few weeks the sour face start , every time she visits she come home.

I went to the embassy when in the 90's and was turned down. I felt very sad. I said to the examiner good people want to travel and you turn them down and the bad ones get and grab my book and left

You pay for everything that is immigration related. Even in the US when you apply for anything you have to pay and there is no refund if you are denied. The fees charged goes towards processing of the application which may be background checks etc.

I remember the first time I went to the embassy, 1996 I went with a work group, I was in the industry and was recruited and was petitioned for by the company I work for, Chatham bars inn, Cape cod Massachusetts. That was for about 5 months with a work permit, the next time I visit the embassy was about 1999 and got a 10 year Visa.

I know or a case of a father filling for his daughter which a woman had given him jacket but at that time they were not doing DNA the girl where in America for a few years and they were giving mad trouble. The father had enough of them and a lot of the relatives were telling him they were not his so he did a DNA and he found out it was not his and he told USCIS and they took back their papers and they sent them back to Jamaica. Also when you go to the Embassy the immigration officer is trained to know when your lying and as always they have everything on you before you go to the interview notice when they are talking to you in the interview they are typing on the computer word for word or writing down what you say it's because they are comparing what you tell them with what they have on you ok. Also in each country hosts an INTERPOL National Central Bureau (NCB), which links national police with our global network. Countries come together at our annual General Assembly to decide policy, working methods, finances and activities. In addition, heads of NCB meet annually at a conference to share experiences. The USA, Canada, England and any country can access your info.

I paid twice for my boyfriend to try for it: from here in the states.It’s painful that I can’t get a refund because we answered everything and even used an agency the second time. We have no social media. I only have this and I have never posted anything to him or myself. We might have been too honest. It’s a terrible feeling. My cousin went after living in Trinidad for (5) years and they turned her down. My best friend traveled for (30) years and went for a renewal and the gave her and turned down her (18) year old; because she had no ties. What ties?She is still in school.It’s CRAZY. $185 US dollars is hard, but keep trying. I remember for many years i would only get single entry each time i apply. Then one year the interviewing officer said you used your visa well i am giving you full indemnity. Felt like i was walking on clouds after that interview. Its a nice feeling when you hear the word yes. Heart breaking when you hear, sorry, but you didn't prove you have enough ties to return to Jamaica. Just keep trying. Don't lie on your applications, don't lie to the interviewer, and most importantly, don't overstay on your visits.
