“Al-muttaqin are those who have taqwa. Imam ‘Abd Allah bin Alawi al- Haddad said in Nasaih “According to the ‘ulama’ (may Allah be pleased with them), ‘Taqwa means fulfilling the commandments of Allah, the Exalted, and avoiding His prohibitions, both inwardly and outwardly, whilst simultaneously inspired with reverence and adoration for Allah, and awe of Him. Some mufassirin, may Allah show them mercy, have said about the verse Fear Allah as He should be feared (Qur’an, al-'lmran 3:102) that what is meant is that He should be obeyed absolutely, remembered absolutely and rendered gratitude that is untainted by any conduct to the contrary."

Ma sha Allah, excellent story telling skills, Baarakallahu feeki.. and emotional too. This is one story I have always cherished in my heart ♥ Subhan Allah.. every time I listen to it my heart weeps thinking about the courage and sabr of Zainab RA. The heartbreaking part is when a mushrik attacks her camel on her way to madinah and she falls down from the camel and has a miscarriage 😢 and she never fully recovered from that injury 😢😢 I think you missed mentioning it.. and can you please clarify what this 20 yrs are? 20 yrs of marital life? It can't be 20 yrs after she accepted Islam..ryt? Because after Rasool SAS WAS given nubuwwath he migrated to madinah in the 10th year, isn't it ? Please explain in sha Allah Jazaki Allahu khairan ❤

First thing first the cousin marriages are a bane and already causing lots of health issues for Pakistani society where consanguineous marriages are common. Secondly it confirms the sad practce of slave taking and slave trading by Mohammad. Thirdly we see that there are two sets of rules one for ordinary Muslims and another for Mohammad Family and this kind of Nepotism is confirmed by the fact that (i) his daughter unlike ordinary Muslims, does not have to divorce non-muslim husband. (ii) Muhammad forbad remarriage, unlike ordinary widows, of his own wives upon his death and (iii) the son-in-law of Mohammad was freed without compensation and grant asylum again without seizure of looted assets. Moral of the story; Religion divides humanity like nothing else and entails Sorrow and Misery. . (N.B. While story tells us all of above but there is small problem with the claim (as per narrator) that Zainab waited for TWENTY YEARS for her husband to join her whereas Mohammad only lived for TEN years in Madina after Hijra and as she left for Madina only after his father did, the separation could not be more than 10 years)
