I'm in my 30's and I love M&S. They do some lovely 'fashion forward' pieces but in a classic way. Very wearable. Love your hauls Helen. I would definitely wear the waistcoat and brown trouser combo. So smart and stylish x

Loved it all! The first tunic was a lovely print and colour on you and I am loving the ethnic vibe with that relaxed collar style! The spotty dress was particularly flattering on your figure, the suit, should have had the style of trousers like the brown ones as they flattered you and looked ultra smart.....the jacket and waistcoat, are a no brainer and they did make you look very chic! Cannot wait to see the rest of the haul....thanks for the video...I also have a steamer and they beat having to get the ironing board out any day!

Exactly the same Helen , brought up as a child wearing skirts as I was considered chubby in the 70s and the rubbing was excruciating! I was always puffing talc up my skirt too. Discovered trousers at 18 and never wore a dress until 50s until the onset of chub shorts ❤️ chub rub is a great product to rub in too . Love your videos , you always bring some sunshine 💛

That pantsuit Helen! Is🔥🔥🔥. And I love the white tunic on you as well. What I do with my clothes that wrinkle easily like linen etc, is to use spray starch & iron them. They look crisp for much longer. I don't think a steamer would work the same way though.

The first tunic is very good on the neckline and sleeves . The gingham dress is lovely. The brown and white dress is good . I always wear a pair of cotton or viscose shorts under dress . Have done for years . The spotty dress is lovely altogether. I don't find that viscose creases. ! The white suit is very good . The brown trousers are excellent. Love Kay

Helen. I liked most of the clothes. Linen cotton blend is so fresh and cool for the Summer. Although it does crinkle it keeps you cool I think. The cream/white pant suit is just lovely on you. I need to get a steamer.

Hello! My favourites are the white dress with black polka dots which has a lovely neckline, and the zebra-ish print everyday dress. I also love the coral gingham, but the mismatch of the checks at waist line would annoy me too. Maybe add a white belt to cover the join? The white suit is very classy for a special occasion.

Hi Helen! I agree about the seersucker dress... Not only did the pattern match up centre front, it did not "sit right" on your derriere 😊. The spotty dress was quite hyped on social media, & deffo put your shoes on first, & wear a long slip underneath. Like you, I have numerous short style knickers, & mentioned this style of underwear in a preview post. Halloo from another H B! x

Just a tip Helen I worked in retail all my life and different shops have different sizing. It’s a bit like buying a bra, an M&S bra will be different to say a Matalan bra same goes for clothing.

Anyway, loved the first two linen tunics the best as I like unfitted things, and the white one in particular looked super cool and fresh for a hot day. Happily as a youngster I never needed chub rub shorts and I can still remember the joy of wearing a summer dress and ankle socks to school and feeling the breeze around my legs (that was when we had pleasant low 70s weather most of the summer). You're spot on about body shape though. Both my granddaughters have big legs and suffer from chafing. In my teens we wore 15 denier tights which solved the problem but those seem to have gone out of fashion!

The not wearing trousers must be a generational thing! I always thought I was too big to wear them even though I used to be a size 14. Wore only skirts or dresses for years and years. I agree that chubb rub shorts are a godsend. Back in the 80's I used to wear lycira cycling shorts under my skirts but oh were they hot and sweaty. Love the first dress, the t shirt dress and the brown trousers actually looked better with the waistcoat than the cream ones did. Thanks for all the inspiration.

I remember afew years ago when we were on holiday in France and I had chub rub I used to just lift my dress up and put the talc on down the supermarket aile were nobody could see ,but thinking back the security might have 😊 I don't get it now and I'm a big lass .as you say different body types x

Got my tote ordered! Chose black because the interior of my car is black. It won't be as easily seen if I leave it in the car with things in it.. Oh, I do have an upgrade type of suggestion. Bought a cute raffia type bag at Target. Loved the bag, but hated the handle. Went to a craft store and bought a yard of "gold" chain, used the clip on clasp from the original handle, and within 10 minutes I had a great shoulder or cross body bag for summer. I'm debating on weaving the raffia from the old handle through the chain for a Chanel look or leaving it as is so I can use it with other bags in the future. Like I said, it's just a crafty type of upgrade. Love your channel!!

The orange check gingham dress - liked the style but less keen on the colour- would have been awesome in blue. The pale spotty dress was pretty but agree about frills on cuff.
