Does all lupus contractions are like being squeezed? Coz right now im 34 week pregnant, I feel like my neck and back squeezed. But الحمدالله I'm not boneless, I still have my strength

I can’t say for everyone but for me I felt like I needed to crawl out of my body. I felt like I was contracted and squeezed a lot. You’re in the home stretch tho!!! Congratulations!!

Can you take steroids during pregnancy?

Some doctors will prescribe certain steroids during pregnancy. I got a cortisone shot in my knee. I know some oral steroids are okay too but You’ll need to talk to your doctor about it 💜
