Commendable ang interior design unlike flashy, intimidating luxury materials. Earth tones, minimal shiny materials, nice choices sa furniture. Nice sky lights. Very homey unlike ultra luxury properties na nakita dito sa youtube. However, plenty glaring design decisions from the architect/architecture, parang for show long ang bahay, little practicality or issues will appear once people starts living here. sa garage pa lang, ang dami wala! windows for view of the cars from the inside, cabinets, service door and service pathway. walang dirty kitchen. walang laundry area. master bedroom layout is terrible, nasobrahan din yata sa glass.

The house is beautiful BUT I’m disappointed at how they made the staff quarters. There are equally beautiful houses that I’ve seen on videos and they made the staff quarters look so nice that it doesn’t look like it’s for employees. With this kind of house and design, I would think they would thought of ALL the rooms to be accommodating.

I am not impressed. For a 9 br "villa" type house or building they should have allocated for more parking for obvious reasons. Yung cabinet looks cheaply made parang particle board yung ginamit at hindi real wood. I have seen similar buildings and layout na mas simple pero mas mukhang elegante. Pero sa pinas ok na yan, babanatan lang ng mga akyat bahay gang yan. Tapos you will end up magpalagay ng mga rehas sa mga bintana and barb wire. 0 to 10 rating, 10 being the best score I would give it 6. Don't get upset that is just my opinion. Good luck!
