I have been having a terrible ache in my arms for some time now So bad it is hard to lift my arms to do anything Well 2 days ago I woke up fighting depression and old hurts coming up and I lost it and had a good ugly cry for some time I had to go lay back down and sleep When I woke up and started moving around again I noticed my arms had lost that terrible ache and were just mildly sore and the download that came to me was " You were carrying a heavy load" And I must have been because I feel so much better No depression now And last night I was watching a video on youtube and my ears always ring but this was something more than that I couldn't even hear the video for the extreme ringing filling my whole head I thought I mite pass out but I didn't That's the biggest download I have ever received Arms are not sore at all today and I feel great Energized and feeling so much better now 🙏💞✨

had a breakdown into tears out of nowhere earlier and about 12 hours later even after sleeping all day, i had a big meal and drank almost 200 mg of caffeine and im just feeling so extra sleepy . holding my citrine crystal citrine bracelet with jet pyrite bronzite and hematite helps me feel recharged though! also had some cacao to break my fast earlier. and did some powerful mantra work with dragons blood.. all i could think was, im getting upgraded lol. exciting story though thanks for sharing !

Hey Siobhan it’s so nice to hear about this from you! I’ve been totally off social media and somehow this video popped up today. So I’ve been looking for answers bc the past 3 days I had so many energy influxes coming in I wasn’t sure if it was just me or if others felt it too. Sunday, I had a huge wave of emotion come over me. It was out of nowhere and i haven’t cried in such a long time but suddenly the smallest thing made me cry and it felt like a total heart chakra opening of the flood gates. I felt the same--like I was purging something but I could also perceive a change in the energy in the air. It’s as if I felt “something on Earth just changed”. I can’t explain or pinpoint what is was but I also started to have spontaneous visions again which hasn’t happened in years now. I saw the father of one of our friends for like 5 mins and I couldn’t get his face out of my mind. This isn’t someone I’m close to or see often so it was odd. Later that day that man was rear ended in his car. He was fine but I had some sort of an energy connection to him for some reason. Then I had a dream of a huge tsunami wave of colors. I was standing on the beach in Hawaii and everyone was looking in awe at this wave that was coming in above the water. It looked like silky fog of orange, soft pink and soft yellow. It felt very peaceful and serene

Wow thank you for sharing all that you do! My dreams have been very vivid and lucid mostly because that is what I have been working with ( lucid dreaming) as well as remembering my dreams. In the dream I remember that is was working with some crystals and then all the sudden it felt like I was tripping like you were describing. I even asked someone in the dream If we had take mushrooms and they distinctively said no. It went away quite quickly but defiantly threw me off. Thank you for sharing this experience. It was almost like I had a similar experience except in the dream realm. Also wondering if you had any thoughts or feelings about dream time and waking time merging into the same reality. Not really sure how to explain that but maybe it resonates maybe not. I do know that we as light workers are very protected at the same time are subject to attacks being that the other darker beings are not happy about the work that we are doing to raid the vibration of the planet and those around us. Yes, reality as we know it is a sort of waking dream / lucid dream, so it makes sense that the dream state and the waking state could merge. I’ve experienced a few episodes of things like that and I had to intentionally re-ground myself into the “reality” dream hehe 😜

Two nights ago I dreamed about a huge fireball expanding relatively slowly burning everything down, as we ran away from it people kept yelling "it's mercury retrograde!!!" Which made me chuckle in my dream and every time I think about it 🥸 So it looked similar to what you described. It then suddenly contracted, was gone and everything went kind of back to normal in the dream. I feel the same way about allucination inducing drugs/medicine. I see and feel that way without them, I don't want to mess with that and not have control/awareness to process it in the moment. I did see things and walls doing the wave thing but didn't make much of it. Thank you for sharing, gives more of a collective/community sense when more people experienced similar things
