That’s a labour of love! Even the bread is a great depth, so people aren’t paying for them height in a burger. I want to watch the tomato slicer close up repeatedly. I once had a bit of a blip with a salad spinner. I was merrily working through several lettuces, washing & spinning, of course I got bored. I wasn’t concentrating and it fly all over 😂 finely cut lettuce everywhere 😂 and water of course
