What I enjoy most about your talks is that you explain how to resolve the blocks so that we are ABLE to bring what we want into existence. This is absolutely right. I remember I used to believe that I had to grind in order to get something. It's definitely useful in some particular scenarios, however we tend to ignore the smooth and obvious way because we crave for a challenge. When something is easy to get we devalue this. When something is simple we dismiss it as boring and not worthy.

I find I self sabotage so often and I don't know why. I start so excited then....nothing. I found your videos at the perfect time and they’re speaking directly to me and where I am in life and I immediately started to exercise the practices. I can feel the change but more so the resistance. Shedding the skin, peeling the onion of unhealthy habits have me reverting back to the resistance even as I’m aware I’m doing it. Struggling between letting go and trusting the process and if you want it work for it. I know I’m growing and it’s going to take time and will always be a battle. Does it get better or do I just get better at it? 😂
