Ahemmm! *In Nerd Voice* ACKHUALLY Goku/ Piccolo day is on May 9 because the number 5 in Japanese is read as Go and the number 9 can be read as Kyu/Ku. *In normal voice* Sorry but had to fix that mistake as someone who is a huuuggee DB fan and is proudly born on Goku Day. 😂 You may have mixed it up with May 4 (May the 4th be with you) which is Star Wars day.

Finally! We get a Masterlise statue of this iconic scene! The sculpt and details are amazing! I also really love that they didn't just have Piccolo with torn clothing but they actually added scratches and blood on his body. I love it when figure companies accurately depict the source material! Awesome review keep up the good work!

Coming back here to say I waited and waited but picked one up this afternoon. For a Z piccolo granted it’s early Z it’s a masterpiece!! A kid Gohan too. Chefs kiss. Going right with my Nappa, Raditz, Vegeta as intended.

The interesting thing is that many of those New masterlise are recicling The art of some mini gashpon figures launched years ago

Recycling doesn’t mean doing something a figure a fraction of the size did as they are all inspired by the manga. Recycling is when the same sculpt/mold is used from an older figure on a new release.
