Am in one of the gulf countries and that's the work am doing right now, though ours is on monthly basis,an employee comes to the office and picks one of us then if the employee is pleased with the work of the "kadama/shaghala",,,he/she comes back to the office and'buys" the shaghala for two years....Unamalizana na ofisi for good and hautawahi Rudi tena....Unadeal na mwajiri wako Hadi mwisho wa safari...Am done with my one year now I thank God 🙏
