I'm 17 from southern part of india and have always used a squat toilet at home. Since I was young, I've stood to urinate and then washed, but recently I've learned the importance of sitting. I feel very sad, guilty, and fearful because I can't sit comfortably to urinate in a squat toilet. My family prefers the squat toilet, and we can't afford to change it. I always try to avoid najis, but I'm overwhelmed by these thoughts. How can I overcome this guilt and the waswaas (whispers of doubt)? Please help.
