Lily, thank you. I love how you explain and interpret from spirit. Your messages are so perfectly articulated, relatable. You help me learn of me more, I love the usage of brain avatar. I have been calling her Little ego, but she is also shadow. She was extremely reactive once, it was quite literally a battle between shadow and soul for me. At first I wasn’t very patient with her, I would imagine plopping her down into a chair and sliding her back to the rear and then a slide down my spine. Soon, I realized , she is not my enemy, and we can be harmonious. So then, it went it to a hug, a sit down and slide back. This is all visual of course within myself, stilling my mind and taking observation of my thoughts. I had a tower, a lot of trauma and betrayal to work through. I am very proud of myself. It’s never a simple task for any of us. I no longer require the visual. I think this is so because before, I would think that was a view of seperation. I hope this made sense, thank you again.❤

This is exactly whats been showing up for me over the last few days and in such an amplified fashion.
