A message to future Huelva Auxiliars

You might have been freaked out to find out that you've been placed in Huelva. DO NOT PANIC. Huelva is a great place for first year auxiliars to live and I encourage you to come try it out for yourself.

To anyone coming to Huelva, I have ended up being so happy here in Huelva. While of course it has its limits (not a lot of variety, a bit small) its really cheap (our flat is 450 w/internet, plus utilities, very large with a huge terrace, 20min walk from the centre) everyone has been so warm and welcoming, and the province has heaps to offer from hikes to great beaches. Also, the prawns and strawberries are great. It'll definitely grow on you, I promise!!! Josh is bang on point here.

Great video. I'm from Huelva and from my point of view , Huelva is a great city because living here you can gain much more experience from interactions with the inhabitants because they are more opened to interact with tourists than in other cities where the local people is tired of living almost everyday with hundreds of noisy tourists , because after they are gone the city seems a huge junkyard ( I think it is correctly spelled) . I recommend you visiting a museum dedicated to Columbus ' trip where there are some really cool ships that are I copy of the ones that were used on the original trip ( I know that's obvious) but it is still pretty cool I think you should give it a try . I 'm student of the Estuaria High school. Well you may not remember me but I'm the one that uses ... Hmm how to say that in English , electrical wheelchair maybe? well that doesn't matter . I just want you to know that your dedication inspired me a lot and it has given me a new target. Someday I want to help students in the USA with Spanish in the same way you helped us with English. Thank you and please if you have some free time I would like you to write about some of my mistakes and if you understood me well. Thanks for your time and greetings for all that you've done so far

Hey Eugenio, glad you liked the video. I definitely agree with your points. Your english here is really good with just a couple errors. As the world becomes increasingly connected, there will be more need for bilingual people.

I was placed in Seville my first year (ended up living there nine...) but was always jealous of my friend placed in huelva. Way cheaper, great Erasmus scene and a way cooler province to explore than Sevilla. Olé esos onubenses!
