Crystal 2 and 3, all I have been doing for the past 4 years is shadow work, total hermit, and feeling it all. I feel so invalidated right now like nothing that I've done hasn't been enough. Don’t do that to yourself. Remember if the messages don’t feel like it’s for you then don’t take it. If you’ve truly committed and have been doing the work and have received the signs and synchronicities of “good job well done” then you know you’ve made progress and you’re on the right path. This is a never ending journey once you’re fully committed. There is always more healing to be done, more to let go, more to change. The moment one thinks they have fully healed/changed they already lost. Stay focused, continue doing the work. Continue sitting with yourself everyday even if it’s 5 minutes. We will be tested, we will feel confused and lost at times- it’s all part of the process. It’s how you go about it and what you do after that really shows if you’re doing what needs to be done. Give yourself grace, be proud of all you’ve done and will be doing. We are human and as focused as we are we will still fall into these “funks” just don’t stay in them. I was speaking more of people who are functioning in fear constantly (their baseline energy). This is a low vibrational state of being (100 hz) ...especially when it starts to affect their mental and emotional state (quality of life)etc. It's one thing to experience fear as a naturally occurring nervous system response but to get stuck in it is the issue as a low frequency of energy.
