I once heard from someone that being depressed means you need a „deep rest“... This stuck with me and helps me to date to take the deep rests whenever I feel like it❣️

☀️thank you! I love the reminder that I hear from you so often in your videos that just because it worked once doesn’t mean it will work again. Something that I am constantly being reminded of along with my own spiritual path and growth and transformation! Also that just because something works for one person doesn’t mean it works for all. I wished I had realized that in my own life when I was younger! I would’ve saved a lot of money on motivational merchandise! But that too is OK and probably money well spent! I’m sure with every book read and every tape or video listen to that was a bit of wisdom that I took away!✌🏼😉

I wonder if you could extend that metaphor ... Could the anxiety be a coping mechanism for fear? Similar to depression being the coping mechanism for anxiety?

yea I want to know too. But I guess you can do this at least on two ways: by taking medicines such as antidepressants, or - more "natural" method - by excercizing or cold showers. In depression treatment factors like healthy diet and getting enough sleep are also very relevant ones
