Loved this. Often when a solo instrument plays, it isn't as good to me as the vocal, but when Jon plays, it's like the piano comes alive. Wonderful! And I loved the ending. thank you!

That was spectacular! I figured it was a “young” Jon at the beginning “morphing” into today’s Jon. The young man was incredible! Who is he? Then to top it off with a budding Steven... that was a wonderful surprise! Thank you! I will save and watch AND share. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fell in love with the music so much that I immediately bought the sheet music and have been practising it for about three weeks now. Sure I can't play it just like Jon because one, I can't afford a piano, two, I never learned on a piano so I don't have any idea about pedalling and three, I lost the tip, about half an inch of my index finger in an accident last year but the song's coming out pretty good. Hoping to play it fully without mistakes soon!

To play! To play an instrument, ANY instrument! What a delight, what an achievement! My mother played clarinet, my cousin, the flute, my aunt, the piano, my son, at the guitar and drums. Me, I use to sing. If you want to call it singing. Yeah, I could sing ON KEY, but I can't read music. My song books were loaded with diagrams, notes and what have you! And I got it down to a science, in the long run! Ahhh, runs, they were the worst! Anyway, I'd give my right arm to be able to play an instrument. For that matter, just to sing again! Only time that ever gets done, is in the confines of my four walls, and that's rare.

Curious about comments where the ending is not understood. The video starts with a young boy who has a job sweeping an empty auditorium. (Note the piano center stage.) We see him looking out with longing across what seems to be a million empty seats perhaps dreaming of a day that he, himself, is playing the piano and all the seats are filled. He is the showman in his dreams. The video closes with the eventual success of his talent and years of dedication - the acknowledgment of applause and gratitude for an amazing performance. The ending with the boy is a memory, a flash back, a time long ago when he was just a kid and filling the seats of an empty auditorium was only just a dream of an audience of a million. It is a beautiful story. That is, if I interpret it correctly. But then, stories and music mean something different to everyone. Based on the 1.7 million+ number of likes, I'd say that dream came true.
