A mini cruise!

The Isle of Man has a new ferry, wow what an improvement but we had to question if it has been designed and bought for use as a ferry or a small cruise ship. Join us on a walk around and let us know your thoughts.

That ferry is really impressive but not unusual if you see as many vlogs and videos as we do and notice (as you have) that they are becoming more and more like cruise ships. Its not so odd when you think about. Firstly, around 2 million Brits now travel on cruise ships, so ferry companies have responded by offering features and décor that is of a higher standard than in past years, to meet the expectation of passengers of sea travel. And secondly, they have designed-in, the layout and features that increase extra spend and revenue like a choice of café and restaurant, gift shops and magazines for sale etc. Really enjoyed watching what you filmed. Would happily find our way over to the Isle of Man on that ferry 🛳

Hi again guys. If you ever get around to watching some of our earlier vlogs you will see that the old ferry’s from the island are more like something you would see on a ‘Water world’ the movie, so this new one is a total shock to everyone here. I have been across to your channel, and see that you are cruise people 😃👍🏼….that is our other favourite past time so we will really enjoy working our way through your wonderful vlogs. It is a lovely shiny new boat but I’m with you on the boat front, I hate bouncy sea I turn green if someone hints at bad weather. Thank you as always for watching guys. I prefer watching you tube to any tv programs, I search almost every night for new and interesting channels. I love seeing real people having genuine experiences and being human, silly, messing up and just being normal. So guys we are with you for the long run and we are going to enjoy catching up with what you have been doing. Thank you x
