I recently bought the Rose and Honey by Michael Malul and I don't have the Delina and I love it, I usually don't like Rose scents but it's really nice to me. I also got the Saffron and Sangria and this one is my favorite, it smells so pretty and a bit spicy on my skin. I think both scents are great, especially since I don't have anything like this in my collection since I'm just starting to build my perfume collection. I bought these from an outlet mall fragrance store and the woman working was very kind and helpful, but I will not be purchasing form the main site and I appreciate you telling your experience. The company was definitely doing too much trying to charge you so much. The perfume is nice but not that nice lol

In the UK, returning fragrance just isn't a thing, the only company I know that does it is Notino and I'm not even sure what the rules are on it. It's super weird to me that in the US that it's a thing. 😂

I feel the same way. It's super weird that you all don't have it. Lol. I guess we're used to what we're used to. I'd have respected a no return policy over highway robbery.

It’s the same here in Australia, unless the bottle is faulty or the perfume has gone bad at the time of purchase you can not return once it has been opened.

Most places are like that in the States as well. Only a small amount will take back fragrances. I just pass my fails along to my sister, or mom 😂

Berry+Blanche of this brand is the one that’s in my Fragrancenet cart. I am very intrigued by the strawberry note in the top and mid notes. In fact I may get it soon. I am so sorry that you experienced poor customer service. It deters me from wanting to shop lol. But either way it won’t be on their site. Thank you for sharing.

Rose and honey is different and outside of my normal gourmand scents, but I wish I saw your video before I blindly purchased it because I have Delina E,xclusif, Norell Blushing and Bvlgari rose goldea, which are all rose scents . However I reach for them when I want a fresh and slightly sweet smell. Citizen Jill, I also fell for the hype, its a spring scent, that I would wear to run errands just to smell feminine. With that being said I need to really try samples from now on.

You're going in hard on them! Usually I am the first to agree on poor customer service but to be honest I don't feel this was horrible service given the industry..... I've had cases where companies don't reply, take over a week to reply, don't listen or even give ANY refund or return options. To me, that's poor service. But, in the perfume industry most companies don't accept returns at all, at least they were willing to refund you, with a small tax on the loss they're taking on that return that they have to trash because of tampering. I know you're looking at it at the lense of 3/4 sprays but a lot of people return juices that they replace with stuff etc. and they can't resell it because of really crappy OTHER people that do tricks on returns. (mix water, mix rubbing alcohol etc.) ...so a 30% tax isn't horrible. Especially if they're covering the ship back price. I know it didn't go the way you wanted and maybe that disappointment made you angrier, especially given the cost, but it's actually a fair policy especially within the perfume industry. My opinion on it though.

We can agree to disagree. That's fine. I also don't think I went hard on them. I still reviewed the fragrances and bought some full bottles. I still had to share my experience and opinion.

Joie De Vie smells so good and also St. Lucas. I have Electric heart ,Candy and I think altara are all in my shopping cart. I just love how you describe the notes.

If Candy is the one that I’m thinking of, it smells similar to The 7 Virtues Vanilla Woods, Sol De Janeiro Brazilian Crush Cheirosa 40, and Moodeaux Worthy to me. DIME also has a fragrance that smells similar called Lovely Sweet Dreams. They are all in that vanilla woodsy, sweet, warm, cashmere scent profile.

The only one I own is Citizen Jill and Joi De Vie. I had Sparkle but gave it to my mom, it was too floral for me. However, I have smelled Electric Heart but I want to sample NightFall. Idk, we'll see.

Good evening 😊, so sorry you had a terrible experience with them. I really like this house. I love Rose and Honey, it gives me vibes of Gold Coast or Delina La Rose. Electric Heart reminds me of Burberry Her. Candy gives me Casablanca vibes, Joyce de Vie too floral for me. Sparkle was an okay floral as well. Bloom sounds really good, may get a travel size😊. I heard of them about 2 yrs ago. I use GENTSCENTS for 20% off another Fragrance Review code. Hope that helps😊. I've gotten my hubby fragrances from them also. Their scents do give me a lot of 'reminds me of vibes' lol.

Living in Europe, I'm shocked that Americans find this poor customer service😅 here, if you even unrwapped it from the plastic and didnt spray it, it cannot be returned and definitely not exchanged or refunded. This is because they would have to destroy the product cuz it has already been used and cant be sold. The refund and restocking fee sounds fair to me.

When we are accustomed to being able to return, it's poor customer service. If you're used to not being able to return then yeah you would bw fine with it. I would've been happier with a zero return policy. 30% fee for 4 sprays??? Stop it. I'm glad I live here based on what I've been told about other places. Even though I rarely ever ask to exchange. I think I've done it twice. Normally I just sell what I don't want or gift it away.
