I thought the same thing but that was just an animation bug, if you look closely the opponent used 2 spells and 3 hero powers.

@@jahbariw5534 If he didn't do it, one of the 3 Rags could have popped it, while also destroying other monsters, leaving even more space for Hadro to summon more minions. By popping the Hadro right away, he managed to limit it's summons to 4 and also allow the rags to attack the summons.

​@@jahbariw5534 I mean it was the right play if he was playing a more typical big priest list. This is why you usually only run vargoth, scrapyard, moarg, and blood. It actually hurt him to get so many rags. If he just kept banking colossi there was no way roffle could win.

I used to play a great deal of Hadronox druid -- even queued Roffle a few times. My build was different. It was built around Psychmelon to draw the reborn beast, Jepetto, Hadronox, and N'Zoth. In most matchups Jepetto was overkill, but against priest you would use it to draw 1 mana cubes for a ton of extra Hadros. I stopped playing it when Demon Seed released, but maybe the time has come to dust it off again at Diamond 5.

I was playing a similar version to this recently, but used the old Witching Hour/Cube strategy to chain additional taunts. I'm curious to how that would have done vs just double Nzoth.

new'zoth is a lot of fun but I prefer getting more hadros off witching hour since it requires you to run a lot less variety of minions. gives you more room for removal and whatnot

Would it be unreasonable to cut something (for example: a spellstone) to put in Zola? They’ll generally just be a minion that gives you another big threat, though if you’re lucky you could copy a n’zoth or a hadronox.

Odd quest hunter isn’t as oppressive as seedlock, a deck so broken that they deleted it from the format.

I find quest hunter to be pretty much the same boat, a lot of damage from hand, can pretty much otk, and there is very little you can do to slow / counter play it/ have fun playing against it. Sure there are decks / cards that can mess with them but they are few and very specific. Probably slighty more fun to play against then seed lock, a solid 1/10 instead of 0/10. as for Roffle mentioning win statistics, the odd thing about win % statistics is when you have a very strong deck thats widely played, if its played too much its win % will go down instead of up. Reason being is the more mirror matches the more it will start trying to drag the win % down to 50/50. ( unless i'm wrong and they dont track mirrors but I would assume it counts as a 1W - 1L.
