A player like with one S can easily destroy pirate. But he can react to everything, a lot of competitive players have god tier reaction timings and game knowledge. But most the time content creators are not locked in at all, commentary takes a lot out of your focus

It all comes down to taking the time to practice it, if u have decent reactions, u can train to differentiate, I have 170-180ms reactions, I just haven't trained it You're definitely right doing commentary etc it's hard to lock in properly, which is why I call myself a casual player mainly, but when I do tournaments etc I tend to do well because I don't speak every 2 seconds haha
