About the horned sheep thing, Ewes (female sheep) can have horns, and Rams (male sheep) can be hornless, it entirely depends on the breed of sheep. Some breeds like Gotlands will not have horns whether they are male or female, while some breeds like Valais black noses will have horns whether they are male or female.

Oh! Oh! Not only can chickens fly, they actually are excellent fliers!.... vertically. I think the idea that they can't fly just stems from the fact chickens don't fly very well horizontally like most birds you can think of. Chickens originate from jungle fowl and so evolved to be better at advancing up into trees to avoid predators!

Now that I saw the rascal in action I think they should reconfigure the rascal into like a little minor villager that lives next to the caves and you can do like a side quest for them instead of hide and seek to get them to go into abandoned mineshafts and find chest minecarts for your reward. But to balance it if you don't have the right amount of items they will disappear over time just like the wandering trader.

They actually didnt get the right reward from rascals. Finding them 3 times gives you a bundle, which lets you put any item in it up to 64 total items.

Modders do this easily and for free, Mojang has an entire TEAM and Microsoft's Budget, and now that Minecraft Legends is no longer being supported (9 months for a spinoff to die, that's a new record) Mojang has no excuse to not bring back the previous Mob Vote losers. Jeb keep saying that they'll do it "When the time is right," Y'all got your entire team working on the main game, time seems pretty fucking right to me.
