@@resmisu where I live we have tornadoes & really bad ice storms plus a handicap young man who can't walk so get prepared way ahead of the warnings to put him in his chair & then get to a safe shelter🙂✌️

Glad to see the garage faces the SIDE of the house, not the front. I've never understood the appeal of front-facing garages on a house that is obviously intended for a larger lot where a driveway to the side is clearly going to be possible. And for the size, that's a lot of usable space! There's a lot to love about this one!

Wow I love this house! I am a woman. A d that Steelers room is AWESOME all my Steelers stuff would look AWESOME , in that basement. Yes we have a Wayne Homes in my area. The only thing I would doo is make that bar closer together. And make that whole area bigger. Move the furnace to the back corner and put shelves up for canning storage. That little area that is bricked would make a great area for a dehydrator and freeze dried. Could vent out side some how.

This is a lovely home. It's perfect for one or a small family. The basement is a real big wow. I couldn't imagine what I would do with all of the space. The office is the perfect size. This is impressive.

Looks great. Keep the shiplap and add a shower in the basement bath, make the fireplace wood burning and double sided to outdoors and it would just right!

LOOK! A REAL FIREPLACE! I’M IN LOVE! Awesome kitchen! Nice rooms. I like the decor of the bathroom. I like the location of the utility/laundry room. The master bed and bath is nice. I like what was done with the basement. Lots of ideas there. Pretty good home for a starting out family.

It’s not a real fireplace. There is no chimney. A real fireplace actually burns wood and has a chimney and a flue. It’s a fake fireplace.

Such a beautiful home, and staged beautifully as well. Goodness add some windows and doors downstairs in that unfinished space and you could have so much more….baths, bedrooms, game room, even a added full kitchen. Very expandable.

Floorplan at 16:31 (mirror reverse and the primary bath is altered). Very nice! Laundry needs to be bigger but love how it is finished. There was zero tub nor pantry dance but I think I could add those and make this work...

The staging of this hone is SPECTACULAR!!! GREAT HOME

This is a very nice place. I'd want to change the Master area and the Den. The Master Bedroom itself could be moved back maybe a couple feet into the WICs area. The rest of the WICs would be used to enlarge the Master Bath area. The Den would be split up into a entry Coat Coset to the left of the entry door. There would then be roughly 12.5' x 11.5' left for a nice size Master Closet. There could even be an island or sitting area in the middle of it. The rest of the place is okay upstairs. The basement I'd take the opportunity to make it a deeper basement. As is it was the standard depth but they can make them about 18" to 24" deeper. I saw no egress windows, here they would be required on new construction. With a deeper basement it makes for a better gym area and play area. No worry about hitting the basement ceiling when military pressing weights (over your head) or when making a super ping pong slam. On the latter in my old house I bought a new light or two. 🤪🤫

Only thing I would like better would be if there was also a formal dining room and a nice pantry closet within the kitchen. I love the lighting and I have never seen such a fancy basement entrance way! That bed was beautiful I love the cover and pillows. Presentation of this home was gorgeous. I live in the Pittsburgh area and yes..... Pittsburgh area is very serious about their football. I've even seen women carrying Steelers purses lol.

The staging and the exterior are tastefully done. The only drawback is the “open floor plan” that combines kitchen activity, dining activity, and living activity in a single large space. There could have been much better planing to keep kitchen noises and activities separate from having guests in the living room. It is just a matter of some walls and doors…. Some people like having everything together, but personally, I would require walls and doors for the sake of keeping cooking activities and cooking noises away from guests. Even in a separate area, if one HAD to have guests entertained by cooking activities, at least that could still be an option by just opening the doors (and having the option to ask people in.) But if there are dishes that are unwashed, or additional cooking to be done, keeping that from invited guests is an advantage.

I love the open floor plan. I have my kitchen separate now and I wish I could watch a movie or be in on conversations when I’m cooking. But I’m off by myself so get left out of convo when I’m cooking. But I can see how it might would be noisy when cooking while things are going on in the living room. 😊

This house is perfect. the layout, the materials used from the floors to the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, everything is amazing as well as the basement. So much room. I would leave everything as is in the basement. As for all that extra unfinished space down there, I would finish it and turn it into an apartment that I would rent out with an outside independent entrance. The only thing I would change is the master shower. I'd slightly relocate the toilet to have more space to install me a tub in there instead of having just a shower, other than that it's perfect the way it is.
