Yes, excellent!! Additionally we can do this every NOW moment, we never need to wait for anything to happen in our external world. We can just BE HERE NOW, and thereby exit time completely... merely utilizing it when needed as a tool to facilitate more joy, purpose, peace, abundance, etc.

Awww, thank you for the sweet, wonderful comment :) Well I am grateful to still be sharing the planckphire formula, and I definitey look forward to doing more with Dan - though spreading info to others about the profound formula is one way I really like supporting the overall cause :) Though there is hopefully a children's book in the works at some point, that I create and include some of Dan's material and graphics and to help shsre his perspective. Thank you for caring to ask! That is so great you found members of the 'phamily' of which you are truly one ✨☺️✨

Yup, regularly! This time I even opened my eyes and it felt very healing for them. The water in this creek is very pure. I prefer the full cold plunge on days when I can access adequate sun before and after - I highly recommend this practive for the amazing health benefits 🙏🙏🙏 Luckily it's become more known in the past few years - I began as a teen with alternating really hot and cold in the shower. Saunas with cold dips are also excellent! I could go on... Cheers and hoping you have a pure cold creek nearby to stick your head in too 😂😂😂
