FL Studio was screaming at me the entire way throughout making this, which is why the mixing was especially sloppier in this particular track. That said, it was made such a long time ago I think I can excuse it a bit more nowadays.
It's been about 4 years since I've done all of them, and I still occasionally consider revisiting them all. I definitely intend to at some point, but I still think they're neat as they are now.

"So make sure she can't." The fact that it's so blunt and direct is very thematic, since Monika and the rest of the literature club have a way of using symbolism, even when the diction is less extravagant. Kind of implying that "genocide" is not having any interest in the club is really interesting. Not to mention the great track accompanying the idea.

This honestly feels like a battle between the Player and Monika rather than the MC and Monika

I mean, Monika replacing Sans kinda makes sense. In Undertale, Sans is semi-self-aware, knowing about the times we reset the timeline, or loaded a save, even counting how many times we died to him until he can't be bothered to keep track. However, some aspects are more befitting of Omega Flowey, like his ability to actually manipulate the game, destroying our save and creating his own, knowing about if we load a save to save Toriel after killing her, abusing saving and loading for cheap shots at us, and fully closing our game when he kills us. Lot of (kinda) Self Aware characters nowadays, huh?
