I have a dual arm version and they’re a massive pain in the ass. You have to get generic ass cables too to use the built in management to make sure they aren’t literally too big

They’re ok I prefer the solid ones as the gas spring one I had if you left it for a couple days it would slightly tilt side to side sometimes or move forward or back on its own to the point I’d constantly have to adjust it 3-5 times a week. I just prefer the solid mounted ones.

Does anyone know what is the type of the 4 screws that I should use to mount the top half of the arm to te panel if I have a zowie xl2540k? Because i have the screws that were mounted in the monitor at first, plus the longer and smaller screws with the little black plastic height adjusters that were in the f80 arm box. and don't know which one are the right ones
