I suggest next time since it's always the whole family traveling, you can order balikbayan box in Japan (the jumbo one) for all your stuff. No limit on weight and if it's going to Manila, I think it's only 10,500 yen. Although of course, it won't arrive maybe until 3 weeks (max).
