No, penile penetration is impossible to kill a baby. You can have sex while being pregnant actually, the women's vaginal muscles are strong enough not to harm the uterus. And her miscarriage is happened in her first trimester, in other words in the beginning of het pregnancy. If we look at the time period from the first time to now she's maybe in the 2nd or 3rd week of pregnancy. The high risk of miscarriage happens in that period.
