Correct myself If I am wrong but it seems that B(S) (minute 4:22) is B(S) = G2 [ D(S) + F(S)G1 ] (You have minus instead of plus in your formula) Please confirm... Thank you

As the problem ask for C(s)/D(s), it means gain only for input D(s), so u need to put R(s) = 0, then u will get the answer.

this onion method is very confusing why you dont use the rules ,why you dont use the rules for reducing the complex block diagrams?

Takis, Yeah i did it the long way and it's kinda confusing especially towards the end but i'm not sure which rule you're talking about exactly. I'll certainly look it up. Thanks...

Thank you for ur video.Could u tell me why u use minus when u wrote an equation for B(s) at the begining? There is a "+" sign in the block. I think it shoul be... D (s) +... instead of ...D (s) - ...

I found you method lacks systematic we IN EXAMS will not have same as you so you must follow the rules.
