Typically, their officials do not travel in these trains, and even if they do, they have a salon attached for their convenience. The day they have to travel with their families, they might realize the reality. Besides this, the official time for the Shalimar train is already extended, yet it remains late.

Beautiful Hard Work on hi lightening the Reasons of Delays in Train Operation, it looks that they (Railway Department) do not want let the Train to Go. There is a List of Dis Credits and De Merits of Making Trains to get Delayed which results in so many losses on passengers but Railway it self these losses are too much that can not be descibed here, for which whole the Railway Department is Responsible, such Videos are fully Supported and Seconded that ultimate Sufferer is the Passenger or Traveller.Thanks a Lot for such Video which is the Great Presentation in Rail Fanning.

Cautions needs to be remove on priority basis and also upgradation of Yards of Railway stations to reduce arrival and departure time of trains.I travel from RYK to Multan on 7 UP in almost 3 hour's and 30 minutes and reason is the caution of 70 km from Rahim yar khan to Khanpur, and in motoway it takes 3 hours.

Very painful reasons for the delay of even the premium train of olden times. Stationmaster don't perform their duty diligently with the result that the people have to board after walking on crush besides long ladder of the train. Shalimar ka time sir 18 ghantay tha when I traveled for first time from Lahore to karachi in 1997. Subej 6 bajay chal kar rat 12 bajay arrival. 16 ghantay to shayad kabhi nahi tha.

I travelled in Awam Express back in 90s at that time it used to be one of the suitable and best options from Karachi to Peshawar according to fare , stoppages and everything regarding ease in journey now I would say that it has become the worst train of all time even though by the passage of time like many other trains running between KHI to PWR or KHI to RWP it should have been well organized but very sad to see it's present situation. It is called AWAM EXPRESS really it's condition shows that a lay man has no value in the eyes of government and when it will privitized the journey will become so expensive that it will be out of the reach of a common man 😢
