i have been watching your videos for over a year now and i find them all so inspiring as i am doing my first year of exams this year and its so stressful having many folios for art and dt to complete for before the easter holidays and i have 9 assessments in the next 2 weeks and then right after the easter break i have my real final exams. so emma do you have any tips on how to manage your time and keep everything balanced and motivated. ps sorry if this made no sense

This is such a great video Emma! You look like you had such a lovely day and I love that for you. I swear by Taking time for yourself in between all the goal and deadlines! Simple things like Journaling, cooking, or even washing your face, are all things that bring us those small moments of self love. These really does allow you to appreciate moments of tenderness and silence. It’s all about balance friends! I have a similar video where I deem this reclaiming your main character energy or simply reclaiming your time for some much deserved self love. Productivity means nothing without care for self first!
