Wow! Great racing at Hangtown, even when you weren't feeling the best. Like they say championships (or anything really) are won on our bad days and you gutted that one out and rode great. Then learned a lesson about VIN numbers at AMA races (Stupid). And best of all you were rewarded by the success of a friend, isn't that the best! Congratulations Lilly! in hindsight, yes, but going into it, we had no idea if Isla would do well, and you never know about anything that could go wrong. My nephew won the first moto of the pw class by a minute, but 2nd moto had bike problems and DNF's while in the lead.
