Exactly...I find it difficult to distinguish between 'fat' and 'grease'....

@@charlesa3374 haha, for example, scampi sauce, it’s garlic, butter and white wine, without the white wine and keep heating the garlic and butter , that’s grease , but if you add in some white wine and keep toss the cooking pan for a while till it comes thicker, it’ll become sauce.

@@nuinuima2818 Bottom line is that this guy has a justification for everything he shoves into his mouth...the 'fat but not grease' statement was regarding a huge piece of pork fat attached to a huge piece of pork skin...call it what you want, but in the quantities and frequency he eats this, it's pure suicide...nothing acceptable about it! He wouldn't have gotten to this size if it were healthy fare...You're spot on regarding the scampi sauce...thanks for the response...you're one of the few clear-thinking bloggers on this site...

@@nuinuima2818 It seems my last post to you has already been deleted...Here's the bottom line...to have attained his immense size, he's not eating heathy foods nor is he eating reasonable portions. It would seem every culture has its fair share of fatty foods...it's knowing how to eat them in proper quantities that matters...
