A Murky Micheldever Morning - GBRf 47 on Azuma Drag & Other Freight - 25.10.2024

A short spell at Micheldever, on the tail end of the mornings rush hour, sees a few bits of interest before the rain came in! 69005 is caught on the Hoo engineers, with 47739 seen on an LNER Azuma drag, still going strong despite multiple threat of withdrawal.

Great video mate sadly I missed the 47 as I had no clue it was running also where abouts was the 455 clip taken ?

Thanks mate! There was no guarantee it was going to run, as there was a later path for it as well. Took the gamble and glad it went in the earlier path, although running a bit late. That was taken just up the road at Popham, it's a narrow road bridge the other side of Popham tunnel, on the Overton road.
