Glad you did the hike and saw it. So sad how fast they are reatreating. I am definately going to be hiking up to more of them next year.

Spent the weekend binge watching your videos. I love all the hikes. I am surprised you don't see more wildlife. That may be because the trails are well used. Keep making the great videos. I am from Ontario and went out there August 2021. I posted videos on my channel from that trip. We went to some of the same places. We hiked the Ptarmigan Cirque Trail in Kananaskis Country, Tunnel Mountain and in BC the Illecillewaet Glacier and hiked to the Takakkawa Falls. Scenery is spectacular! Take care!

LIVE ON ALBERTA would you consider this one dog/ beginner friendly? I’m taking along my friend who is brand new to hiking but surprised me the first time I took her out with her fitness and sheer will to power up mountains.

The hike is very easy until you get to the waterfall. Heading up to the glacier the trail gets steep, if you take it slow, shouldnt be no problem. A dog should be able to do it. When I was there, there was a family hiking up with 3 kids, ages from around 10 to 15 years old.

Hey nice videos! Been watching your hikes and am wondering if this one is ok to do in winter? Or because it's not well known I'm guessing there would be no trail? Planning to go end of jan and want to climb mountains! Any suggestions on which ones would be suitable for winter? Added king's creek ridge to the list. Thanks in advance :)

I am not sure if there is avi terrain or not. I try to stick to ridge hikes in the winter.
